Recent owner reports: Seats
“The seatback in my third row was reclined and failed to return to an upright position when attempted to be folded. Additionally, I observed that the belt buckle was damaged, which resulted in a cut wire within the buckle mechanism. Safety concern: It is strictly prohibited to permit any individual to occupy the third row. The vehicle remains under the custody of the dealership and its service department.”
“On September 15, 2026, my 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy would not start and could not be driven. AAA responded, tested the 12-volt battery, and advised me that it had a bad battery cell. The vehicle was towed to Larry H. Miller Southwest Hyundai Albuquerque for diagnosis and repair. A service representative later told me that a parasitic electrical drain or malfunctioning component may have depleted the battery,”
“There was a recall for my 3rd row seat, my car sat at the dealer for 6 months due to it. They tell me they fixed the recall after 6 months I receive my car and my seats are not functioning. I believe the safety of my kids are at risk due to this. They have yet to take the vehicle back to fix the problem and it has been over 2 months now.”
