“The contact's mother owned a 2007 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated that while his mother was driving at approximately 35 - 45 MPH, she rear-ended another vehicle. None of the air bags deployed upon impact. The contact's mother was transported by ambulance to the hospital with a broken vertebra and fractured sternum. A police report was filed.”
“I received a notification that our car had been recalled, so I made an appointment with Deluca Toyota in Ocala to have the recalled items only fixed. After they had the call for an hour and a half they tried to force me to have the Serpentine belt replaced. We just had the serpentine belt replaced a few thousand miles ago and it was fine when we brought our car in for an airbag recall.”
